Deliveries to the following postcodes are undertaken by Sanderson Stone’s dedicated delivery team using our lorries with a HIAB/crane to offload. If you require delivery to these postcodes, please get in touch, as discounts are available.
BB, BD, BL, CH, CW, FY, HD, HX, L, LS, M, OL, PR, SK, WA and WN.
For all other postcodes, delivery will be through our logistics partners. Please see the below guide to understand our delivery process.
Deliveries are made by an 18-tonne vehicle that is 15m long and 2.5m wide. Bin lorries are slightly smaller and should not be used as a reference for access.
Offload is by tail-lift and pallet truck. To provide the best possible experience, we use a premium delivery service, ensuring that all deliveries are made with an electric pallet truck; this means that delivery on a slope is not a problem. Please be aware that the vehicle will not be able to manoeuvre on gravel, grass or soft ground.
Once your order is offloaded from the vehicle, please thoroughly check the goods before signing the delivery note. If you notice any damage, please sign the notice as damaged – this is essential to allow us to pursue a claim where necessary. Please refer to our damages and returns policy for further information.

Standard delivery (3 working days) – free
Next-day delivery – £30 per pallet
Saturday delivery (3 working days) – £80
Next-day Saturday delivery – £80 plus £30 per pallet
AM delivery (3 working days) – £18
Timed delivery between 10:00 – 17:00 (3 working days) £30
Some postcodes will incur an additional charge above the rates outlined above.
